- Ordinances shall be temporary in nature.
Every ordinance shall require approval of the competent authority to remain in force.
Statutes of Hindupat
- Hindupat shall function as a teacher training institution under the rules and regulations of the NCTE, the University, and NCTE norms.
- The main objective of Hindupat shall be the promotion of teacher education and academic excellence.
- Admission, teaching, examination, and evaluation shall be governed by the statutes of the institution.
- Appointment of teaching and non-teaching staff shall be made according to prescribed norms.
- Students shall abide by institutional discipline and academic regulations.
These statutes shall remain in force unless amended or repealed by the competent authority.
