Institutional Development Plan (IDP)
The Hindupat Institute of Teacher Training is committed to continuous improvement and development. Our Institutional Development Plan outlines our strategic vision for growth and excellence in teacher education as well as undergraduate education.
Current Status
HITT is a co-educational institution recognized by NCTE and affiliated to Jiwaji University, Gwalior, Krantivir Tatya Tope Vishwavidyalaya, Guna, and Madhya Pradesh Board, Bhopal. Established in 2014, the institute has been consistently providing quality teacher education to strengthen the overall educational system.
Infrastructure Development
The institute has adequate and well-developed infrastructure, including properly constructed buildings, well-furnished classrooms, subject-specific tools and laboratories, and an ICT lab. The institute continuously upgrades its facilities to meet the evolving needs of teacher education.
Future Plans
In its continuous pursuit of contributing to the upliftment of rural Indian society, the institute plans to introduce additional professional degree Programme such as M.Ed.
Collaboration
HITT has undertaken several activities in collaboration with specialists from Columbia University, New York City, to enhance teacher training Programmes. These initiatives include intensive training Programmes for teachers.
Research and Development
All faculty members are actively involved in research work and regularly participate in seminars, workshops, and orientation Programmes. The institute encourages research activities and innovative teaching practices.
