The Hindupat Institute of Teacher Training operates in compliance with various statutory provisions and regulations governing higher educational institutions in India. The following Acts, Regulations, and Guidelines are applicable to the Institute:

• The Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition and redressal) Act, 2013.
• UGC (Prevention, Prohibition and Redressal of Sexual Harassment of Women Employees and Students in Higher Educational Institutions) Regulations, 2015.
• Handbook on Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace, 2015.
• NCTE / UGC Regulations, 2012 (Promotion of Equity in higher Educational Institutions and grievance redressal).
• Right to Information Act, 2005.
• University Grants Commission (UGC) Guidelines.
• National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) Regulations.

As per the mandate of the University Grants Commission (UGC), the College has constituted an Anti-Ragging Cell to prevent any form of ragging on and off the campus. The Anti-Ragging Cell is the statutory body responsible for ensuring that the campus is completely free from any kind of ragging.

The Institute ensures strict compliance with all applicable Acts, Statutes, Rules, and Regulations. All committees and cells function in accordance with the statutory requirements and guidelines issued by the concerned regulatory bodies, Including the UGC and NCTE.
