Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC)
As per the Notification – Regulation, 2024 vide D.O. F.14-4/2023 (CPP-II)/C.No.131173 dated 10 June 2024, the Student Grievance Redressal Committee (SGRC) is being established to ensure transparency, fairness, and justice in all institutional processes. The SGRC provides a mechanism for students and stakeholders to address their grievances effectively and ensures that all concerns are handled with due diligence and care.
Roles of Student Grievance Redressal Committee
- To ensure transparency in imparting technical education.
- To prevent unfair practices in the admission process.
- To ensure non-discrimination of students/staff belonging to SC, ST, OBC, women, minority, or disabled categories.
- To ensure timely payment and to address issues related to non-payment or delay in payment of scholarships.
- To provide a mechanism for students and stakeholders for the redressal of their grievances.
Establishment: As per the Notification - Regulation, 2024 vide D.O. F. 14-4/2023(CCP-||)(C. No. 131173) dated 10 June 2024. The SGRC is being established and the composition shall be as mentioned in the table below.
