The Placement and Training Committee at Hindupat Institute of Teacher Training is dedicated to providing comprehensive career guidance, skill-based training, and placement support to students. The Committee works consistently to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional requirements, ensuring that students are well-prepared for their future careers and professional journeys.
Functions and Responsibilities
- To help the Placement Cell to maintain contacts with Alumni.
- To help the Placement Cell coordinate the selection processes such as written tests, group discussions, technical interviews, and HR interviews whenever companies visit the campus for placement drives.
- To organize activities aimed at improving students’ understanding of industry expectations.
- To train students in soft skills and personality development, which are essential for employment and overall growth.
- To intimate students in advance about upcoming placement drives and the selection process.
- To guide students regarding the necessary preparation required for successful careers.
- To provide information about various career options available in the competitive world.
- To organize career development seminars and workshops.
- To invite companies to interact with students.
- To coordinate various skill-training Programmes at the institute through respective departments.
- To motivate and guide needy students to apply for job opportunities.
- To organize guest lectures on career development by experts in the field.
