Fee Refund Policy

Our institution follows a transparent and fair fee refund policy. We understand that circumstances may change, and we have established clear guidelines for fee refunds to protect the interests of both students and the institution.

Refund Eligibility

Fee refunds are processed according to the following guidelines: • Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the admission office • Refunds are processed as per UGC guidelines and institutional policies • Processing time may vary depending on the nature of the request • Administrative charges may apply as per policy

Refund Procedure

1. Submit a written refund request to the admission office 2. Provide necessary documents (admission cancellation letter, fee receipt, etc.) 3. The request will be reviewed by the concerned authority 4. Upon approval, refund will be processed through the original payment method 5. Processing time: 15-30 working days from approval

Refund Schedule

The refund amount depends on the timing of the withdrawal request: • Before commencement of classes: Full refund (minus processing charges) • Within 15 days of commencement: Partial refund as per policy • After 15 days: No refund (except in special circumstances) Please refer to the detailed refund policy document for specific percentages and conditions.
